The season, location, age, clothing style etc., will be according to what I see in my trance.
It is NO ground for a “product not as described” refund claim, if your furbaby painting and psychic reading are not identical to examples you see on the Website, or from other customers.
I also can’t help it if your pet was not a ginger haired girl in her past life, even if it is ginger now!
Since this is a psychic service, I cannot promise you will like what person your Furbaby looked like in its past life!

Digital Goods Refunds for Product Not Received:
We will honor all requests for refunds IF you followed the guidance here below to no avail, and after contacting our support for assistance, you still cannot access or obtain your purchase/s for the following reason/s:
Non-delivery of the product:
Due to an issue with the mail, you do not receive a delivery email from us.
Please first check ALL your email folders including the SPAM/Junk folder and ensure to whitelist our domain https://furbabypastlife.com and drag into your Inbox any of our emails found in other folders instead.
Oftentimes, people have very crowded and busy Email Inboxes and simply forget, miss, or overlook the Email with the Delivery of the Product.
So please do check carefully before contacting our support!
If the email was mistakenly deleted on your end, my support will gladly resend you the email with the reading and your painting.
If you still fail to receive my Delivery Email, which is an extremely rare incident but might occur, we can resend it to another Email address you have/create.
If nothing helps, we may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service describing the missing item.
Download issues:
You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product.
We ensure our products can be downloaded with all major browsers and at a minimal Internet network connectivity speed of 5Mbps.
We recommend that you try downloading your product from another device or browser, or without using a VPN.
How to Request a Refund:
Please submit a support ticket with your order number.
There are NO refunds after 30 days have passed from your purchase.
Upon receipt of your refund request, we will process it.
Please allow a period of 3-5 working days (not public holidays or weekends) for the refund process to be completed from our end.
